A group from employees from FRG’s Leeds and Chesham offices have organised a charity walk to raise sponsorship for the charity Education for Africa.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is a circular route approximately 24 miles (39 km) in length and involves 5000 ft (1600 Metres) of ascent to climb all 3 of Yorkshire’s mountains. The challenge is expected to take around 12 –15 hours.

Sub-Saharan Africa has the highest rates of education exclusion in the world. Education for Africa’s objective is to advance the education of socially excluded pupils in Africa through school feeding progammes, scholarships and infrastructure support including building classrooms, providing computers, sports kits, textbooks, and equipment.

FRG have been supporting Education for Africa for the past 18 months by sponsoring the school feeding programme at Isiolo Children’s home in Kenya. The school was established in 2013 with an aim of helping the orphans and the vulnerable children from the local community and its surrounding areas.
