A part of this year’s Mental Health Awareness week (10-16th May) #ConnectWithNature campaign, FRG have created a infographic explaining the positive impact nature can have on our wellbeing.
There’s a lot of good research to support the role nature can play in protecting and supporting our mental health. Even short contact with nature can reduce feelings of social isolation and be effective in protecting our mental health, and preventing distress.
