Today marks the start of National Inclusion Week 2023. A week where we celebrate our differences and promote the importance of workplace inclusion.
FRG are on a journey to ensure inclusion and diversity is integrated into every aspect of our operations and we are proud of the progress we have made so far. In September 2022 we became the first security company in the UK to receive Inclusive Employers Standard (IES) accreditation. We achieved Bronze status and we are working hard to progress to Silver at our renewal in 2025. We are also a Disability Confident Committed business and next year we hope to advance to Disability Confident Employer status.
We understand that inclusive workplaces are built around a sense of belonging where our employees feel welcome and can bring their wholeselves to work. But we know that inclusion can mean different things to people and that’s why we asked Team FRG what inclusion means to them. We are these perspectives with our wider network during National Inclusion Week to spread awareness of the importance of building inclusive workplaces.
