A safe and responsible service

We’re fully aware of the possible risks of our work, in terms of both health & safety and environmental impact.

We take great care to protect our workforce, providing risk assessments, PPE, full training and on-going supervision to ensure their safety – and of those using the facilities we clean. Our colour-coding storage and equipment usage system ensures that operatives access and use only the right equipment for the task at hand, avoiding cross-contamination.

Safeguarding is also a key concern, and we vet and DBS-check all operatives working in environments where children and/or vulnerable adults are present.

In terms of protecting the environment, we take great care to control the selection and use of cleaning products. We offer measured dosage systems or chemical-free options, using micro-fibre technology.

A trained and trustworthy workforce

We invest in our people, taking them through a comprehensive induction that includes COSHH and equipment training as well as specific on-site familiarisation.

We also provide on-going development opportunities including level 2 qualifications such as Cleaning and Food and Safety Hygiene.

We use automated time and attendance recording systems to ensure that we know that operatives are on-site as scheduled.

Quality assurance

Delivering a first-class cleaning service is our principal aim.

Operatives have clear instructions about their work duties, and supervisors regularly check the quality of work via on-site audits.

A dedicated account manager will visit you regularly to ensure you are fully satisfied with our work.

Our aim is to provide a continually improving service, and your account manager will proactively suggest ways to reduce your costs or increase efficiency.

We encourage our cleaners to take the ‘common sense’ approach when it comes to cleaning. If something is dirty, clean it. If the bin is full, empty it…regardless of what  the cleaning schedule says.
